ffloToday I ended up having 3 visitors--- 1 single and 1 pair--- and there was work and a walk and things to do. More work to do tonight too. And I haven't fixed Lorrel's screen yet.
I'm at peace with another belated round-up post.
Just made an appointment at the cat café for tomorrow when they open. Doesn't mean I'll adopt someone tomorrow. Even if I do, I believe you have to wait to come pick up the bugger. Which is good.
I'm not ready. But you (don't) know what my mama said that one time: if you wait to have kids until you can afford them, you'll never have them. In this case I can afford it, but I'm not ready. I'll get ready when the pending joy is on deck.
Another wise one once referred to this kind of moment as when it's time to bring some new life into the house. I hope I do it. When the cat's right.
