As I recall, there was mostly silence. I happened to be sitting next to the kid, so I had to try my hardest not to register my amusement. I think a few people laughed a little, but mostly, the room was just filled with that wonderful vibrating energy that comes from a few dozen people pursing their lips in an effort to control their tittering. I thought it was much funnier that way, because we were all obviously thinking it. :)
