movie star actors I dislike

Here are a few movie stars I don't care for, and not (like Sean Connery, for instance) because of something about my impression of them as people.  They just rub me the wrong way, somehow.

I'm with you on David Spade, and lukewarm at best to Mia. Patricia Clarkson, not so bad, but no great shakes in my book neether.

Also Renelle mangled (gleefully) intentionally. I dislike her so irrationally that I even hold her name and its wrong-feeling pronunciation against her!

John Malkovich. Probably because he's so good at playing characters you are not supposed to like.

Ben Stiller. His movies assume I'm stupid.

Russell Crowe. Not as hot as he thinks he is.

I almost included Russell Crowe, but I've avoided his movies well enough that it didn't seem fair to name him.

I have trouble keeping my movie stars straight. I think I'm a bit face blind. And I'm kind of out of date in my movie watching, and my celebrity recognition skills are about 30 years behind the times. So the movie stars I've come to dislike are Clint Eastwood and Tony Curtis.

Also, in answer to your original question, I've always had a passionate dislike of Melanie Griffith. She's so justifiably irrelevant it hardly seems worth mentioning, but that's who easily comes to mind as a movie actor who I can't stand. And, as you know, I'm no fan of Renelle Zegwegler.
