Hey, S. I did try tuning it in but lots of antenna monkeying wasn't really doing the trick. I'd get a few seconds of audio then a few seconds fuzzy then good then fuzzy---Detroit was coming in better than Toledo (couldn't even get a jumpy picture from Toledo), but not well enough. Sometimes the UHF channels do better after the TV's warmed up a little, but public TV's rarely a solidly decent reception.

Hey, PiJ. Going okay, I reckon. Getting ready to go to work, where I was already behind when I left on Friday, so I'll be plenty busy. Good and bad, I guess. But what isn't?

Need a new mantra besides "I hate this, I hate this, I hate this, I hate this." (Yeah, the mantra has 4 occurrences of the phrase within; to repeat the mantra means to say "I hate this" 8 times. Sometimes a single "I hate this" can be added after x iterations of the mantra as a coda of sorts---like how I prefer the formula E = 2x + 1 for making eggs for a group, where E is the number of eggs used and x is the number of people being served, and where the dish involves scrambling the eggs (like an omelette). Throw one in for good measure.
